Provide academic, social-emotional, and behavioral counseling services to middle school students through individual and small-group sessions. Develop and implement a comprehensive school counseling program that supports scholar success, wellness, and personal growth. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and community agencies to identify and address scholar needs and concerns. Monitor scholar academic progress, attendance, and behavior data to provide targeted interventions and support. Assist scholars with goal setting, conflict resolution, decision-making, and the development of self-advocacy skills. Respond to scholar crises and provide appropriate counseling, referrals, and follow-up services as needed. Facilitate classroom guidance lessons on topics such as Highly Effective Scholar, bullying prevention, career awareness, and study skills. Maintain accurate records, ensure confidentiality, and comply with school, district, state, and professional counseling standards and regulations.
